We have started our activities in November 2017 in Romania. So far we have been working mainly in the area of education and social entrepreneurship, with special focus on rural and underserved communities. Our educational initiative is called Change Architects and aims to transform young people into change makers through community development and social entrepreneurship using design thinking.  Over 3,000+ children identify problems in their communities, brainstorm ideas and implement sustainable solutions. In doing so, they develop 21st Century skills such as: empathy, collaboration, communication, leadership and confidence in their own capacity to generate change. The activities are facilitated by over 350 innovative teachers. We have been working in all counties (41) in Romania and collaborated with Ratiu Democracy Center,  Autonom Foundation, Lego Foundation, Design Thinking Society, Oracle, HP Inc and Enterprise, Ashoka and Romanian Business Leaders among others.
