At ROCO, volunteerism is leadership, commitment, and heart. Twice a year, we plan honor our volunteers with a dedicated outing as a gesture of appreciation for the time, talent, and energy you invest in our community.

For this bi-annual edition, we are delighted to invite ROCO and RUF volunteers, and their families, to experience the triumphant return of one of Broadway’s most celebrated productions: The Phantom of the Opera.

Presented by Cameron Mackintosh, this revitalized production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s legendary musical returns following a critically acclaimed reopening in London. The North American tour launches in November 2025, with performances in Chicago from December 11, 2025 through February 1, 2026.

Featuring Maria Björnson’s iconic original design and based on the celebrated direction of Harold Prince—with musical staging and choreography by Gillian Lynne—The Phantom of the Opera remains a benchmark of theatrical excellence.

Composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber, the score includes timeless pieces such as “The Music of the Night,” “All I Ask of You,” “Wishing You Were Somehow Here Again,” “Masquerade,” and the unforgettable title song.
