With a lifelong passion and background in technology, in 2006 Claudiu created a telecom service under the name RoConnect that helped over 5000 Romanians across United States and Canada to better keep in touch with the loved ones back home in Romania.

In 2008, we expanded the telecom services with the goal of providing the best customized, cloud-based VoIP phone service for small businesses. While delivering and implementing our solutions to many SMB owners and CEOs, I realized that most of them do not have the resources, the knowledge, or the desire to manage their IT infrastructure and to navigate the increasingly complex landscape of cybersecurity. With over 20 years of technology experience and over 15 years running a small business, I knew that we could bring even more value to our customers by providing them with complete IT solutions and technology services.

In 2015, we rebranded as Vox Connect ( voxconnect.com ) and completely revamped our core services that now incorporates multiple aspects of business IT. As a complete technology solutions provider, we are now a technology one-stop-shop for small businesses and non-profit agencies in the Chicago area.
