This October, we're excited to host a super cool 3-day, 2-night retreat for teens at Dollybrook Resort! This is a fantastic opportunity for friends of Romanian American ancestry, members of ROCO Teens, to hang out, have fun, and create lasting memories together.

Event Details:

• Dates: October 4-6, 2024
• Location: Dollybrook Resort, Fennville, MI
• Participants: 26 teens (ages 13-18) + 6 chaperones
• Maximum Capacity: 32
• Cost: $170 per person per the whole trip

• Friday, October 4th: Depart at 5 PM
• Sunday, October 6th:

• Fun Activities: Enjoy swimming in the pool, relaxing in jacuzzi, and playing games on the basketball and volleyball courts.
• Campfire Nights: Dance by the campfire, listen to music, and share stories under the stars.
• Excursions: Visit the nearby beach, explore the charming town of Saugatuck, and treat yourself to dinner and ice cream.
• Food: Delicious pizza and other meals will be provided throughout the weekend.

1. What is included in the cost?

   • The fee covers transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities (except dinner on Saturday).

2. How do I pay for the retreat?

   • See instructions included in the registration form and your registration confirmation email.

3. How can I communicate with the chaperones & the other parents?

   • Once registered, you will be added to a Parents' WhatsApp group

4. What if my teen has dietary restrictions?

   • Please indicate any dietary restrictions on the registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

5. What should my teen bring?

   • A list of recommended items will be provided after registration, but generally, teens should bring clothes for activities, swimwear, toiletries, and any personal items.

6. Will there be adult supervision?

   • Yes, there will be six responsible chaperones supervising the teens throughout the retreat.

7. What activities are planned?

   • Activities include swimming, games, movie nights, dancing, hiking, and much more!

8. Is transportation provided?

   • Yes. We will coordinate departure and return times.

9. What happens in case of an emergency?

   • Chaperones are trained to handle emergencies, and there will be first aid supplies on-site. Emergency contact information will be collected during registration.

10. Can parents contact their teens during the retreat?

    • Yes, parents can reach out to chaperones for any urgent messages.

11. Is there a cancellation policy?

    • No refunds after October 1st, 2024.

12. Can friends room together?

    • Please specify roommate preferences on the registration form. (Not guaranteed).
