Dr. Vitoc was born in Bucharest and lived in Cluj-Napoca before relocating to the U.S. and eventually Chicago in 2011. Vitoc received an M.D. from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Hatieganu”, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina, and he has over 20 years of experience successfully launching targeted and immune therapies across more than 25 tumor types.
