This month open to everyone 🎉
Theme:
"Healthy Habits for a Better You"
The purpose of this open house event is to educate people about the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and to provide practical tips and tools to achieve it. The event is also an excellent opportunity for your family and friends to see what ROCO is all about and join in the monthly Friday night fun at our location!
😊 ROCO Biz teamed up with a great group of providers from our community that will present health services and opportunities to access them, the impact of their approach on health and well-being, a book presentation and signing by the author.
Activities:
- professional chair massage (15 min/person, sign up list will be available upon arrival)
- "Moving and Grooving", fun fitness activity for kids
- networking
