Types of Setups

The following types of setups are available at ROCO.

Notes: All event organizers are responsible to setup their own events and to set everything back to the Default Room Setup.

Setups:

• Working Groups Setup
• Hybrid Setup
• Party Setup
• Auditorium Setup
• Default Setup

Conference Room/Movie Theatre Setup

Description: This type of room assumes a set of tables in the front with room for speakers.

Maximum Capacity: 6 speakers, 72 guests.

Working Groups Setup

Description: This type of room assumes working groups of 4, 6, or 8 people. Up to 8 large round tables can be fit this way.

Maximum capacity: 64 seats.

Hybrid Setup

Description: This type of room assumes a set of tables facing the main screen, cameras facing the speakers, so there could be a direct dialogue between the people present and the online guests.

Maximum capacity: 24.

Party Setup

Description: This type of room setup assumes max 3 high-boys setup in the middle of the room, not much else.

Maximum capacity: 99.

Auditorium Setup

Description: This type of room allows the maximum number of participants. A single lectern will be placed upfront.

Maximum capacity: 96

Default (Classroom) Setup

Description: This type of room assumes 6 small tables setup for teaching a class in the "library" corner, and pretty much nothing else in the room.

Maximum capacity: 12 (teaching corner).

• How will the room be setup when I, the Event Organizer, arrive?

  As an Event Organizer at ROCO, you should expect to find a clean room arranged in a Default Room Setup.
