Some evenings just have a special kind of magic — and our Unapologetically Us women's celebration at ROCO Chicago was exactly that.

The room was full of energy, laughter, and dancing. Women from the ROCO community came together to simply enjoy each other's company — unapologetically, joyfully, and with plenty of bubbly to keep the dance floor alive. 🥂

One of the most beautiful touches of the evening? Seeing everyone wearing their mărțișoare ROCO — the beloved Romanian symbol of spring, new beginnings, and connection. It was a small detail that made the night feel deeply meaningful, a reminder of the shared roots and traditions that bring this community together.

More Than a Party — A Community in the Making

As the music played and conversations flowed, it became clear that the women in this room have a lot more in common than a love of dancing. Shared experiences, goals, and the desire to support one another were present in every corner of the room.

That's why, inspired by this energy, ROCO is launching a Lean In Circle — a dedicated space for ROCO female members to connect beyond the social events.

What Is a Lean In Circle?

A Lean In Circle is a small group that meets regularly to share ideas, ask for and offer advice, discover new perspectives, and grow — professionally and personally — in a warm, relaxed, and open setting.

Cercul ROCO - Femei cu idei (si chef de viata) will meet every two months at ROCO Chicago, with topics shaped by the group itself. Some ideas on the table:
