feedbackHi,
Children are incredibly perceptive—they pick up on our emotions even when we think we’re hiding them well. As parents, we want to shield them from our worries, but sometimes, our own anxiety can quietly shape their world in ways we don’t realize.
I remember a moment when my son hesitated before answering a simple question at school, later telling me he was afraid of “getting it wrong”—a fear I recognized all too well in myself. That was my wake-up call. I started making small changes to manage my stress, and in turn, I saw his confidence grow.
I’d love to share an article on how parents can recognize when their anxiety is affecting their children and ways to address it. Let me know if you’d be interested in featuring it on your site!
Thanks so much!
