What You Will Learn About
Habits for success: Discovery, Self-Growth and Improvement, Leadership, Visualization
We belong in this world to create the best version of ourselves, then build value by building that best version of ourselves to the entire world.” - you may not know where life may take you in the future, but here are the key habits and some tips on how to build these so you can become an entrepreneur or a leader that makes a difference in the world.
Habit 1. Discovery
The #1 factor of success in entrepreneurship and something a lot of investors invest in is founder-market fit. As young aspiring innovators, we must set ourselves on a path of constant discovery as soon as possible. We look at the world through the lens of discovery. Building our muscle of discovery is critical and can start now.
Habit #2: Self-Growth and Improvement
A shark in a fishbowl might only grow a couple of inches, while out in the ocean, it’ll grow multiple feet. Starting the habit of becoming 1% better every day will yield multiples.
Habit #3: Leadership
If we dream of making the world a better place, we can’t do it alone. We need people to buy into our dreams and join us on our path.
Habit # 4: Visualization
If you can’t see it, you can’t change it.

What is the Leadership Series
A six-month series of meetups (October-March) about Leadership and Fun dedicated to Romanian American Teens in the Chicago area. ROCO Youth's purpose is to create the right opportunities for our teens and young adults to develop into the next generation of leaders.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- develop leadership skills,
- make new friends,
- have some fun,
- be part of a uniquely strong community of amazing kids.
How it works
We meet, we talk, and we have fun. Every month we discuss a different topic of interest, and we may watch some videos and have guided discussions.
At every meetup, we have time to socialize, play games, watch a movie, or we may have a little party.
Who is invited
You have to be 13+ to signup. Do not signup if you are a parent! Young adults should sign up directly!
Any young adult 13+ to 18, passionate about becoming a leader and/or happy to connect with other Romanian American Teens. See one of our previous events:
