Event Purpose
This initiative aims to train facilitators/leads required for launching of 1-2 youth engagement IMPACT Clubs at ROCO Chicago, supported by the New Horizons Foundation. The clubs are designed to empower youth by offering them opportunities for personal, community, and global development through experiential education.
About IMPACT Clubs
Participants in the Impact Clubs, age 10-18, will learn how to build life skills through hands-on activities related to environmental protection, entrepreneurship, education, and civic engagement, fostering confidence, independence, resilience, and compassion.

Being a facilitator for an IMPACT Club offers a unique chance to contribute to the development of our community's youth. Through experiential education, you'll help children and youth gain essential life skills such as confidence, independence, resilience, and compassion. By joining as a facilitator, you will:
- Inspire and be a role model for the youth: Being their guide and mentor on their learning journey.
- Contribute to positive change in the community: Through civic engagement and environmental protection projects.
- Develop leadership and project management skills: Enhancing your own professional competencies.
There is no cost associated with this training.
