Ms. Dobrean-Urzică is leading the organization’s mission to connect, support, and advocate for the Romanian-American community in Illinois. With a focus on cultural celebration, empowerment across generations, and volunteer-driven impact, Oana spearheads inclusive programs that preserve Romanian heritage, foster growth, and build lasting cross-cultural connections in Chicago’s diverse landscape. She is deeply committed to cultivating meaningful relationships that bridge communities, strengthen identity, and inspire shared progress - driven by volunteers, powered by purpose, and rooted in service.
