This educational event is designed to recognize the importance of prioritizing mental health for teenagers and providing support and resources for their parents. Often because of misconceptions about mental fitness, people suffer in silence and their authentic self is challenged. At this ROCO EDU event, the intention is to create an open space for asking questions and recognizing vulnerabilities with compassion, acceptance, and gratitude, and learning to understand and guide our kids.
